Crown Jesus Ministries Gala Dinner with Dan Walker
Over the past few years Crown Jesus Ministries have hosted a number of Gala Dinners with special guests sharing testimony including Nigel Benn, Stuart Elliott and Gavin Peacock. This year’s event was held in the Culloden Hotel on the 11th February with special guest Dan Walker and Jazz music by the fabulous Susie Young.
On radio he can also be heard hosting 5 Live Sport on BBC Radio 5 Live. Dan’s started out with the BBC at North West Tonight in Manchester where he won the coveted Royal Television Society Award as the Best Regional Presenter in 2005. Dan is not only a great communicator but also a committed Christian who has a wonderful story to tell. Susie Young and her husband Paul have been a firm favourites at our dinner events over the past 5 years. Professional in every way their Jazz and swing tempo music is the perfect accompaniment to the evening. He also co-presents The Open championship, is a key reporter on the BBC's horse racing, Six Nations and Wimbledon coverage as well as a regular face on Final Score. Dan recently presented Songs of Praise and will no doubt feature regularly in the upcoming 2012 Olympics.
