He is passionate about coming alongside churches to establish lasting evangelistic works that connect with communities. Outside of preaching Philip looks after much of the management side of Crown Jesus and co-ordinates the ‘If my people...’ prayer events.

Sharon Pedlow (Office Administrator)

Sharon also has tremendous gifts of discernment and intercession that have proved crucial in the decision making process of the ministry. She has a passion for overseas mission and is a member of Covenant Love Church.

David is the Co-ordinator of the Crown Jesus youth initiative HUB and also works alongside Stee on Camp Ireland. He is passionate about seeing a generation of young people rise up in God to take a stand in their faith and impact their community for Jesus. Using his qualifications in youth work as well as his degree in advertising/communication, he is always on the lookout for new and creative ways to share the message of Jesus. Living in a media and social networking culture Dee believes the message of Jesus does not need to change, simply the method in which we share it! David also helps with the Klass Kids work of Crown Jesus and is often found hiding behind a puppet theatre making kids laugh and teachers blush!

David is married to Karen and they live in Comber but he still maintains he is an ‘East Belfast Boy’ at heart!

Richard is also line manager to the five gap year students in the office and regularly uses them in Klass Kids events.

Rick is an active member of Green Pastures Ballymena and hates watching football (but is surprisingly good at it if you can drag him onto the pitch!).
