Returns

Your satisfaction is our priority – If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us via email info@crownjesus.org quoting your order number and specifying the item(s) you wish to return.

 

We offer the following options for return:

Refunds are available for items returned within 21 days of the original purchase date.

All items returned must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and with all ticketing attached.

Exchanges are available for items currently in stock. Please state the alternative item requested in your email and we will check availability. If the product you request is not available, we will offer a store credit voucher to be used at a later date if you prefer.

 

Refunds

Once we receive your return, the items will be checked and, where applicable, your refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Once processed we will confirm by email. Please note refunds may take up to 7 days to reach our account from processing date. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and we advise that you use a tracked service.

 

Exchanges

Once we receive your return, the items will be checked and, where applicable, your replacement item will be despatched. Please note you will be liable for shipping costs. If the replacement item is not available, we will offer a refund if within the 21 day time frame for refunds or a store credit voucher.
